Power is cut Suddenly

• Checking method:

  1. Battery indicator shows over 80%, but power is suddenly cut when truck is driving, in this case, battery is faulty.

  2. Battery indicator shows over 80%, but power is suddenly cut when truck is lifting, in this case, battery is faulty.

  3. Power is cut when lifting button is pressed, that means hydraulic motor is short-circuited; return to the previous menu: enter lifting problem: power is cut when lifting button is pressed

  1. Photo of truck name plate;

  2. Video showing battery appearance on 6 sides to prove no damage by external force;
