Controller fault

• Replace controller:

  Tools: allen wrench/outer hexagon socket wrench; phillips screwdriver

  Note: Turn off the truck. Choose the right tool to prevent threads damage.

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Photo of truck name plate;

  2. Video of error code ( Truck has cooled down and Err25 appears after truck is turned on); 

  3. Photo of controller appearance
