• Cause of failure: motor open-circuit; motor is faulty; controller is faulty

  Tools: phillips screwdriver; multimeter; allen wrench

  Checking method: use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the U/V/W motor cables: if the resistance is infinite, it means open circuit. 

  Either cable is cut or motor is damaged; Or controller is faulty.

  
  

  Required information for warranty claims:

  1. Photo of truck name plate;

  2. Photo of error code ( displayed on handle screen); 

  3. Video of U/V/W motor cables resistance measurement;
